Infertility Evaluation & Treatment

Pregnancy Planning | Ovulation Induction | Male & Female Fertility Testing

Infertility is defined as the inability to conceive after one year of trying (or 6 months if the woman is over 35). It is not just a “woman’s problem”—both male and female factors contribute equally. Today, with advanced medical support and targeted treatment, many couples who struggled for years are successfully achieving parenthood.

At Sri Rama Multi Speciality Hospital, Jammikunta, we offer a supportive and private environment to evaluate fertility issues and provide result-oriented, ethical treatment plans.

What Is Infertility?

Infertility doesn’t always mean inability to conceive — it simply means that the couple needs medical support to                improve the chances of pregnancy.

      Infertility can occur due to:

  • Hormone imbalance

  • Irregular ovulation

  • Tubal blockage

  • Uterine issues

  • Male sperm-related issues

  • Lifestyle and stress factors

Many couples conceive naturally once the underlying cause is corrected.

Causes of Infertility

We provide access to and counseling for a full range of temporary and long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs):

We investigate all potential factors in both partners:

       Female Factors (Common Causes):

  • Ovulation Disorders: PCOD/PCOS (Eggs not releasing regularly).

  • Blocked Fallopian Tubes: Tubes blocked due to past infections or surgery.

  • Uterine Issues: Fibroids or Endometriosis affecting implantation.

  • Age Factor: Egg quality decreases after age 30-35.

        Male Factors (Common Causes):

  • Low Sperm Count or Motility: Insufficient quantity or slow movement of sperm.

  • Abnormal Sperm Shape: Issues with sperm morphology.

  • Hormonal Imbalance (rare).
